Please note that personal contact to the above mentors should only be made to advise of a participant’s inability to join an upcoming workshop, or to advise project coordinators of any individual difficulties with progressing through the coursework or meeting suggested deadlines.
Questions, feedback, and comments about participants’ stories or film work should be made via email or within the platform for online workshop sessions — not via the personal contact details of a mentor.
While our mentors are committed to working with participants on an individual level and providing support and feedback in a timely manner, it is important to respect the personal and professional lives of mentors. We have supplied our personal contacts to ensure you can contact us at any time, but we ask you to use them wisely. Similarly, we will always try to call you back or reply to your messages in a timely manner but we ask for your understanding and patience at busy times.
